The 550×800 truck mud flap is manufactured for a double wheel. With anti-spray properties, and fully approved, according to the European Directive and Official Regulation, it is produced using 3 materials with which it is possible to pass the Vehicle Inspection Test without any problem:

• Polypropylene: it is a rigid and very light material, which allows optimizing the weight to the maximum and it is able to resist temperatures between -25º and 70ºC. Ref.: K5580PP
• Rubber: one of the most demanded materials in Spain due to its flexibility and resistance. It can be adapted to temperature changes and it can withstand temperatures between -35º and 70ºC. Ref.: K5580
• PVC: this material stands out for its flexibility and lightness, as well as its resistance to temperatures ranging from -25º to 70ºC.Ref.: K5580PVC

In addition, it features an anti-projection system approved for the Technical Inspection Unit (ITV), which is easy to clean, consisting of vertical and horizontal lines able to soak up to 78% of the water given off by the tires and diverting it towards the asphalt, avoiding splashes and water haze.
