The truck mud flap for a 600×850 double wheel is approved according to Directive 109/2011/EEC and will allow you to pass MOT without any problem. Here you can download the approval certificate.

It is currently manufactured in 3 materials:

• Polypropylene: a rigid and very light material, perfect for those who want to optimize the weight to the maximum. Polypropylene withstands temperatures of -25º and 70ºC. Ref.: K6085PP
• • PVC: Flexible and lightweight material. PVC has a temperature resistance of -25º and 70ºC. Ref.: K6085PVC
• Rubber: It is a material that adapts optimally to temperature changes, withstanding temperatures of -25º and 70ºC. Rubber is a flexible material and one of the most demanded materials in our country. Ref.: K6085

This truck mud flap features an approved anti-projection system of vertical and horizontal lines absorbing up to 78% of the water released by the tyres and diverting it towards the asphalt, avoiding splashes and water haze.

In addition, it is equipped with an anti-spray system which main advantage is its easy cleaning, preventing the skirt from tearing due to excess mud or dirt.

The flaps can be customized with your company logo. To this end, we use three different systems that allow your logo to adhere perfectly:

1. Relief painting/colours
2. Relief rubber/colours
3. Screen printing colours
